I want to tell you a story about a vaccine decision that changed my life in a most unexpected way. Nearly two and a half years ago, I succumbed to pressure and opted for the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Now, my favorite band is Incubus, and I can’t help but feel a profound sense of frustration.

You see, I’ve always prided myself on having excellent taste in music, with Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young being at the pinnacle of my favorites. But somehow, thanks to the quirk of fate that is my vaccine choice, I’ve developed an inexplicable fondness for Incubus, a band I’ve never held in high regard.

It’s baffling. I don’t want Incubus to be my favorite band, and I can’t shake the feeling that my discerning music taste has betrayed me. While I appreciate the science behind the vaccines, I’m left grappling with this uninvited shift in my musical preferences. Life is strange, indeed.

This unexpected twist in my musical journey serves as a reminder that the consequences of our choices can manifest in the most peculiar and bewildering ways. Sometimes, it’s not just about vaccination; it’s about the strange and unpredictable paths life takes us on.
